Science and innovation | Seminars and conferences, respecting the social distance of more than 2 meters and with less than 30 attendees. |
Retail trade and service provision | Generalized opening of premises and commercial establishments with limited capacity and security distances. |
Hospitality, restaurants and cafes | Opening of terraces with 30% of the usual tables. They may be expanded if the corresponding municipalities allow it. |
Hotels and tourist accommodation | Opening without use of common areas and with restrictions on restoration. Disinfection and reinforcement of hygiene standards. |
farming | Opening of activities in the agri-food and fishing sector that maintained restrictions. |
Cultural and leisure activities | Libraries. Acts and shows for less than 30 people, 200 if they are outdoors. Museums will open with capacity limits. |

Retail trade and service provision | The ban on the use of common areas and recreational areas of shopping centers is lifted. Capacity at 50%. |
Hospitality, restaurants and cafes | Capacity will be expanded to 50% of capacity. They can open night bars and discos with a third of the capacity. |
