World Jewish Congress’ Latin American affiliate hosts parliamentarians from across the region for special meeting on terrorism ahead of commemoration marking 1994 bombing; Latin American Jewish Congress President Adrian Werthein: “We will not stop in our efforts to achieve justice.”
