END OF THE STATE OF ALERT-INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CONSULAR CORPS OF MALAGA
Very good, I would like to share with you the news in Andalusia from 9 May, when the state of alarm ends.
There will be a *de-escalation in three phases:* Phase 1.
Phase 1. Stabilisation: 9-31 May.
Phase 2. Advance: 1-21 June.
Phase 3. Normalisation: 21 June onwards.
The *general assumptions* are:
*End of curfew.
*End of the perimeter closure* of the autonomous community, so it is possible to enter and leave Andalusia from Sunday.
The maximum number of people gathering in homes is not limited.
*Municipalities with a 14-day cumulative incidence of more than 1,000 cases* per 100,000 inhabitants will be closed and all non-essential commercial activity will be prohibited. These measures will come into force and *judicial notification will be requested at the same time*.
Four alert levels (1, 2, 3 and 4)* will be created depending on the health situation, which will be used to regulate capacity.
This Sunday, therefore, Phase 1 will come into force, with the following specific measures:
The *hostelry* will be allowed to open throughout Andalusia *until midnight*.
Tables will have a maximum of up to 8 people indoors and up to 10 outdoors, depending on the level of each municipality.
Pubs and discotheques* may be open *until 2am*. Dance floors are only allowed outdoors and with masks, only in level 1 areas. There are currently no level 1 municipalities in Andalusia.
*Swimming pools and beaches without opening hours* and with the obligation to maintain a distance of 1.5 metres between groups out of the water. Capacity varies according to the level of alert of the municipality.
*Theatres, shows, bullrings*.
Levels 1 and 2: groups of spectators separated from other groups by a seat all around.
Levels 3 and 4: spectators separated by a distance of 1.5 metres.
